White Gold Yoga opened it's doors in 2010 with humble beginnings. Erin Anderson, the studio owner, had completed her Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher Training and couldn't wait to offer it to her community. In her unstoppable way, she cleared out a room in her house and the beginnings of a studio emerged.
With the growing demand for the potency and effectiveness of Baptiste Power Yoga, Erin launched a teacher training in this style. Today, our studio is blessed with several exceptional teachers. Try each of their classes!
We teachers unite around the practice of Baptiste Yoga. While some classes vary, we are dedicated to our roots. You can expect each class to follow the blue print of Baron Baptiste's Journey into Power sequence with some variations and modifications offered to suit the students needs. This practice is suitable for everyone - from beginner to experienced, from the injured to the high level athlete.

WHAT TO EXPECT
• potent community - your mat will be right next to someone elses and you'll likely become besties
• challenging yet accessible poses
• opportunities to modify each and every posture
• hands on assisting
• sweat, did I mention the sweat?
Power Yoga Classes follow the Journey into Power sequence with some creative license.
Deep Flow is a chance to slow it down and enjoy some longer stretches. Still potent and powerful, yet slower paced and an opportunity to dig into some deeper tissues.
Power Basics is the best entry into the studio. This class originated with stiff guys who have long tight limbs and needed some time to get into the pose. Now we offer this class to anyone and it's a great way to get familiar with the practice. Also, a great option if you want a basic, yet badass class.
Power Jam is an opportunity to rock out to some beats while enjoying a totally out of the box fun yoga class. Friday nights done right!
